原理：
板材经烘箱加热软化后，人工把片材放置在下模具上面；下模板上升用模具压圈与开合模具将板材夹紧，充入压缩气，吹胀板材至设定高度；上模下行，把已吹胀的板材压下、使板材向四周方向拉伸，同时上、下模闭合；此时进入成型压缩气充胀板材成型到位。经短时冷却后模具按设定次序回位，人工将成型制品拿出工作位。此次序为一个工作循环。

Principle:            

After the sheet is heated and softened by oven, the sheet is placed on the top of the lower die manually; when the lower template rises, the sheet is clamped by the die ring and the opening and closing die, filled with compressed gas, and blown the sheet to a set height; when the upper die goes down, the blown sheet is pressed down, the sheet is stretched in all directions, and the upper and lower dies are closed; at this time, the forming of the compressed air-filled sheet is in place. After a short time of cooling, the mould is put back in the set order, and the moulded products are manually taken out of the working position. This sequence is a work cycle.
